App distribution and sales
Eyemesh and Pagira are distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store and Mac App Store. Apple acts as the merchant of record for every purchase: the sales contract is concluded with Apple, not with prestApps.
Payments, invoicing, refunds and cancellations are therefore handled entirely by Apple, under its own terms of sale. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
