Dégringole is a tarot card game for iPhone and iPad. The game is free and supported by advertising. This page explains what data is processed when you play, by whom, and how you stay in control of it. In short: the publisher receives no personal data; advertising is handled by Google AdMob, according to your consent; Game Center and iCloud are handled by Apple, under your Apple account.
Dégringole is published by prestApps, Jimmy DE BRUYNE, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France. Contact: contact@prestapps.com. Full details are in the legal notice.
Dégringole has no account of its own, no server of its own, and no analytics or telemetry of its own. The publisher receives no personal data. The only processing described below is carried out by Google (advertising) and Apple (Game Center, iCloud, App Store).
The free game shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited in the European Economic Area): an interstitial ad between deals, an app-open ad on the home screen, and an optional rewarded video that you choose to watch to replay your turn.
To serve these ads, Google may process:
This data is used to serve and measure ads, to cap how often they are shown, and to prevent fraud. Ads are personalised only with your consent.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is collected on first launch through Google's consent form (IAB TCF framework). You can change your choice at any time in the app: Settings (the gear) → "Ad privacy". Apple's tracking permission can be changed in iOS Settings: Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If you are signed in to Game Center, your Game Center player ID and alias are used for online games, leaderboards and achievements. The moves of an online game travel between players through Apple's Game Center servers. This data is handled by Apple, under your Apple account.
Your game records (games played, wins, scores) sync between your devices through your own iCloud key-value storage, under your Apple account. The publisher has no access to it.
The app asks Apple's public App Store lookup service whether a newer version exists. Nothing personal is sent beyond what any web request carries (your IP address, received by Apple).
The prompt asking you to rate the app is Apple's own system dialog. Your rating and review are handled by Apple.
Your table setup, the names typed for players sitting around the same device, your chosen character, your settings and your statistics are stored on your device only. They are never sent to the publisher.
The game suits all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13. The publisher does not knowingly collect any data from children.
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent. Since the publisher holds no personal data about you, requests about advertising data should be addressed to Google; your advertising consent itself can be withdrawn directly in the app (Settings → "Ad privacy"). Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. iCloud data is managed in your Apple account settings. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
